質問I recently moved to Suita City, but I can't go to the City Hall on weekdays. Can I register by mail?

Procedures by mail are not possible. The person or an agent should come to the counter and submit the notification.
In addition to weekdays, the Shiminka of Suita City Hall(shiyakusho) accepts procedures for moving to and within Suita City on the second and fourth Saturdays of every month from 9am to 12am.
