質問Is it possible to receive a certificate of residency that includes a certificate of residency code(juminhyo code) or my My Number?

Yes, however only the applicant themselves or someone registered to the same household can request them.
If an agent with power of attorney requests them, they will not be issued to the agent. They will be sent to the address of the claimant by mail. Please prepare the return envelope and stamp in advance.
