質問I will move away from Suita City. What are the procedures? What should I bring?

Please notify the Shiminka of Suita City Hall(shiyakusho) or a branch office.
You will need your residence card(zairyu card) , the address to which you will be moving to and documentation of your My Number(My Number card or Personal ID Notification).
This procedure can only be performed within 14 days of your moving date.
